SORRY FOR CROSS POSTING

Dear colleagues,

We would like to remind you of the call for papers for "Negotiating the Tensions between Global and Local Work, Communication and Technology Practices in a Flattening World", a sub-theme (#37) of the next EGOS (European Group for Organization Studies) Colloquium, that will be held in Lisbon, July 1-3, 2010.

The deadline for submitting short papers (of no more than 3.000 words) is January 10th 2010.

The convenors of this sub-theme are members of the OCIS (Organizational Communication and Information Systems) division of the Academy of Management. Our purpose in organizing this sub-theme is to promote the internationalization of our community and to open a fruitful dialogue with organization and IS researchers from all over the world.

More details about the subtheme and the submission procedure are available at http://www.egosnet.org/jart/prj3/egosnet/main.jart?rel=en&reserve-mode=active&content-id=1252389568509&subtheme_id=1252389568668 <https://webmail.rsm.nl/exchweb/bin/redir.asp?URL=http://www.egosnet.org/jart/prj3/egosnet/main.jart?rel=en%26reserve-mode=active%26content-id=1252389568509%26subtheme_id=1252389568668>
