Hi all

I need to rephrase the questions posted the other day:

Is it better to have either:


a.       A contract in place between student and supervisor for postgrad work

b.      An agreement between student and supervisor attending to all detail and who is responsible for what?

c.       A detailed guideline who tells all what should be done?

Any guidelines, input, papers would help a lot.
