This is the second announcement of the Fourth Conference of the 
Indian Subcontinent Decision Sciences Institute that will be held at 
Management Development Institute, Gurgaon (Suburb of New Delhi), 
India, December 28-31, 2010.  This also includes a special one day 
conference/workshop on Design and Management of Services.  The call 
for papers for this conference is available at the following URL:

The deadline for the submission of papers is August 15, 2010.  Please 
submit your paper electronically using the information on the
