The GAO released version 2.0 of their EA Management Maturity Framework on 5-August.  They have made some significant and first-rate changes to their framework.  You can access the framework at www.gao.gov/Products/GAO-10-846G.  Please feel free to distribute this link to your students and colleagues in the IT community.

Leading up to and since the federal government mandated EA requirements for IT funding in 1996, the GAO has been a leader in conducting research and providing insights and guidance to helps folks do EA.
