5th SIKS Conference on Enterprise Information Systems (EIS 2010) Eindhoven, November 16, 2010 http://www.win.tue.nl/eis2010/

For the fifth time, the Dutch Research School SIKS organizes the Dutch/Belgian Conference on Enterprise Information Systems (EIS). The purpose of EIS is to bring together Dutch/Belgian researchers interested in the advances in and the business applications of information systems.

This year's conference features many interesting presentations, including two keynotes. The opening keynote will be given by Theodoor van Donge CTO at Cordys and responsible for R&D. The closing keynote will be given by prof. John Krogstie from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

For a detailed program we refer to: http://www.win.tue.nl/eis2010/doku.php?id=program. A list of accepted papers can be found at the end of this e-mail.

EIS 2010 is organized by SIKS (School for Information and Knowledge Systems) in cooperation with LOIS (strategic initiative for Logistics, Operations and Information Systems), BENAIS (Benelux Chapter of the Association for Information Systems) and NIRICT (Netherlands Institute for Research on ICT). The conference offers a unique opportunity for research groups from both the Computer Science-side and the Management-side to report on research, meet and interact.

The event will take place in Eindhoven, at the campus of Eindhoven University of Technology in the Movie Room of the "Zwarte Doos" (see http://www.win.tue.nl/eis2010/doku.php?id=route).

Participation in this event is free of charge and includes lunch, coffee, tea and a social drink. Therefore, registration is compulsory. To register for this event, please send an e-mail to Ms. Ine van der Ligt (wsinfsys at tue.nl<mailto:wsinfsys at tue.nl>).

Hope to see you at EIS in Eindhoven!
