Position: Assistant or Associate Professor of Computer Science/Computer
Information Systems

 

The Computer Science and Computer Information Systems programs at the
University of Houston-Clear Lake (UHCL) invite applications for two
faculty positions at the rank of tenure-track Assistant or Associate
Professor to begin August 2011.  A Ph.D. in Computer Science/Computer
Information Systems, or a closely related field, evidence of the ability
to pursue a research program, and a commitment to excellence in teaching
at both the undergraduate and graduate levels are required. All areas of
emphasis will be considered. Associate Professor candidates must have
credentials that are commensurate with the rank. The School of Science
and Computer Engineering at UHCL incorporates many other programs
including Software Engineering and Computer Engineering. Applications
submitted before January 15, 2011 will be given full consideration.
