[AISWorld] ICIS 2010: Meet us in St. Louis

Greetings:

 

We are looking forward to having you come to ICIS 2010 in St. Louis.   The
weather forecast is for sunny skies, Monday, December 13 to Wednesday,
December 15 with high temperatures in the 30° to 38° (F) range during the
day and low’s of 21˚ to 28° (F).  You may want to bring a coat for the
Opening Reception at the Gateway Arch, since it will be windy and possibly
a little snowy that evening, with a high of 32° Sunday -- going down to
13° (F) in the evening and overnight.  As Pete Tinsley of AIS mentioned in
an e-mail notice yesterday, we will provide a queuing system between the
Hyatt St. Louis at the Arch and the Gateway Arch so that any “wait” times
getting into the Arch are minimized.  Volunteers will be on-hand at the
Hyatt and at the Arch to make sure that we have a seamless flow of people
to and from.  There will be plenty of food and a chance to go to the top of
the Gateway Arch and to view some movies on the history of the Arch, The
Gateway to the West.

Tuesday, December 14.

§  Poster Sessions on Monday, December 13.

§  Conference Lunch on Tuesday, December 14, 12:00 - 1:30 p.m.

§  Conference Dinner and Social Event, December 14-featuring the St. Louis
Revue.
