AIS is pleased to announce its affiliation with and endorsement of the IS research rankings site developed and maintained by Dr. Viswanath Venkatesh (University of Arkansas). The site is now accessible from AIS: http://home.aisnet.org/displaycommon.cfm?an=1&subarticlenbr=345 <https://admin2k.fsu.edu/exchweb/bin/redir.asp?URL=http://home.aisnet.org/displaycommon.cfm?an=1%26subarticlenbr=345> . As you likely know, the site has been available since October 2009 as a source of rankings for researcher and university productivity based on the AIS Senior Scholars' basket of journals. This site and partnership further demonstrates the commitment of AIS to the basket of journals. We hope that through this partnership, we can continue to provide universities and researchers important information about research productivity for advertising, resource procurement and even promotion and tenure purposes. FAQ #1 on the site provides information on providing an AIS-affiliated citation that can be used.

Rankings based on articles from 1990 to 2009 are currently available through the site. Only a few of the journals in the basket are yet to publish the last issue of 2010 and it is expected that by early 2011, the rankings to include 2010 will also be available.
