Dear Sir/Madam,

We will appreciate if you kindly spend 10 minutes of your time to complete this survey (http://tinyurl.com/6c7kaot).

The aim of this pilot survey is to explore the factors that may influence the choice of mobile phone handsets. We are particularly interested in exploring the type and amount of information you may use in choosing a mobile phone handset; and how this may be related to your knowledge of the manufacturing process of mobile phone handsets.

Please respond to each question based on your own experiences as an owner and user of mobile phone handsets. The survey will take about ten minutes to complete. Data collected will be used solely for this study. Any data for research publication purposes will be treated with anonymity, unless permission is granted for it to be used otherwise.

If you have questions, comments or you wish to participate in future research projects, please contact:

Dr. Udi Ojiako (udechukwu.ojiako at soton.ac.uk ) or Dr. Maxwell Chipulu (m.chipulu at soton.ac.uk ) ; School of Management, University of Southampton, UK.

Regards
Udi
