We are pleased to offer a number of PhD studentships linked to
Graduate Teaching
Assistantships. Graduate Teaching Assistantships are intended to offer
teaching experience to those wishing to pursue a career in academia. The
package will cover tuition fees up to the UK/EU level plus a tax-free
maintenance grant of £13,590 pa (Swansea University standard maintenance
allowance) for 3 years. The studentships will commence in October
2011. Applicants
should have a good first degree *and/or* an appropriate Masters degree,
preferably with a substantial research element.



Applicants are encouraged to explore the research expertise of members of
staff to ensure a good fit between PhD proposals and potential supervisors.

·        Innovation and/or Technology Management

·        Information Systems/E-Business/E-Commerce (including Technology
Adoption/Diffusion)

Applicants are advised that an Appointments Panel comprising members of the
School’s Research Committee will meet early in July 2011 to determine
successful proposals, and all applications should therefore be received by
1st July 2011.
