Sam:

I think you have too much stuff in this course.  If the course is IT 
Management, it should emphsize managerial aspects more than the 
technical aspects.  Also, if it is being offered for non-IT majors, 
perhaps the use of hardware etc could be de-emphasized.

It is my expeience that most graduate students now a days are 
familiar with IT hardware and software to some extent.  They need to 
explore the managerial uses of IT and from that point of view the 
incorporation of IT Governance, Social Networks and IT Security 
Management would be good.
