Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU), an evangelical Christian comprehensive university of The Wesleyan Church, is seeking to appoint a Director of Instructional Development.
 
Founded in 1920, IWU is the largest school in the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities (CCCU) with over 3,200 traditional students on the main Marion, Indiana campus and another 12,200 adult learners at regional sites throughout Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio, and online. 

The Director of Instructional Development will coordinate the implementation of instructional development opportunities across the five Primary Academic Units of IWU. S/he will collaborate with the Academic Deans and their leaders for each school, and the Regional Deans of the College of Adult and Professional Studies to define needs and promote a systemically oriented development program. The product of this collaboration will be an environment which fosters opportunities for all full-time and adjunct faculty in the university to cultivate their interests and extend their skills in order to provide innovative learning experiences to our students in each delivery modality.  The position reports to the Executive Director of the Centre for Innovation located in Marion, IN USA.
