Florida Institute of Technology, Nathan M. Bisk College of Business, invites qualified applicants for a faculty position in Information Systems. Appointment is anticipated at the assistant/associate level, depending upon qualifications, with a start date of August 2012. Candidates must have an earned doctorate or expected completion of that degree by August 2012 with teaching and research skills in two or more of the following areas: database management, data warehousing, ERP systems, information security, electronic commerce, and global information technology. The College of Business offers undergraduate and MBA degrees, and serves more than 250 on-campus students of which approximately 30% are international. In addition to traditional campus courses, the university offers online business degrees at the undergraduate and MBA levels. These courses are currently taught off-load for additional compensation.
