Position Description:

The Rady School of Management (http://rady.ucsd.edu) at University of
California, San Diego (UCSD) is expanding its faculty on innovation and
technology, and invites applications for a faculty position at the
assistant or associate professor level (tenure-track).  The discipline
targeted for this search is Innovation, Information Technology and
Operations (ITO).  Desirable research areas include, but not limited to,
economics of innovation, economics of information technology, digital
markets, social media, software innovation, IT for healthcare, etc. The
Rady School is unique in its focus on innovation and technology. See

Preference will be given to experienced applicants with distinguished
scholarly records and demonstrated research capability expected at a top
research institution, as well as teaching expertise with MBA students and
executives.  Applicants must have a Ph.D., or is expected to receive a
Ph.D. by the start date.  Associate-level candidates must show evidence of
a strong research record in their specialization.  Salary and appointment
level are dependent on experience and based on University of California pay
scales.
