The Special Interest Group on Accounting Information System (SIGASYS) will host a table at the AIS Showcase on Monday, December 5, 2011, from 5:15-6:15 in the Pearl Room. Stop by to learn more about SIG-ASYS, which dedicates itself to facilitating, supporting and disseminating world class research on accounting information systems. Accounting information systems research focuses on the link between accounting and information systems, including IT governance, IT controls, IT processes, and Sarbanes-Oxley. Our research draws from accounting, psychology, cognitive science, behavioral science, economics, and information technology.
SIG-ASYS is holding its third annual pre-ICIS workshop on Saturday, December 3 in Shanghai. The preliminary program is as follows:
