We are building a public library of open access simulations
that can be used in teaching: http://portal.simulario.de/public
At present, it includes the following examples from the management
area:
*Single Queue*(http://portal.simulario.de/public/38/)
A simple model of a service desk queuing system.
*Inventory Management* (http://portal.simulario.de/public/40/)
A simple inventory management system with a replenishment policy
based on a reorder level.
*Drive Thru* (http://portal.simulario.de/public/39/)
A simple model of a drive thru as a system with three queues:
one for the order window, one for the kitchen and one for the
pickupwindow.
*The MIT Beer Game* (http://portal.simulario.de/public/4/)
A simple model of the classical MIT Beer Game about a beer
supply chain consisting of four nodes: the Retailer, the
Wholesaler, the Distributor and the Factory.
We plan to add further examples to our library, and you are welcome
to help us. If you'd like to contribute to our library, please read
https://oxygen.informatik.tu-cottbus.de/aors/Management/Tutorial.html
for learning how to make a management simulation with Simurena.
