[AISWorld] New Editor-in-Chief of JGIM

Dear colleagues

Prof Choon Ling SIA of City University of Hong Kong will be taking over Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Global Information Management (JGIM) effective 1 March 2012. Dr. Sia is ably supported by Ms Amy Shi who is completing her PhD under Dr. Sia's supervision.

Dr. Sia is Professor and Associate Head of the Department of Information Systems at City U's triple accredited College of Business. He has published in top IS journals including MISQ, JMIS, Info & Management, ISR and DSS on a wide range of topics including those of interest to JGIM. For instance, cultural-customisation of web strategies to promote internet shopping as well as the effects of individualism-collectivism and uncertainty avoidance on internet shopping. Dr. Sia also served as an AE for the Global IT Issues / Management track for both ICIS 2006 and ICIS 2007.
