[AISWorld] Inquiry about unpublished studies on self-service technology

I am conducting a literature search on the assessment of self-service
technologies (e.g., online shopping). The purpose of this email is to
inquire about any unpublished and working papers that might be related to
this topic. In particular, I'm seeking for such studies in online shopping
context. 
If you have any such a study, I will be very happy to have it and consider
it in my literature review.
