We invite submission of papers and panel session proposals showcasing
completed research, research-in-progress, and practice applications that
contribute to the theory and practice of ICTs in and for development. The
workshop is open to submissions employing a variety of research approaches

especially interested in ICT applications involving SMEs, government,
healthcare, and education initiatives.
