JOURNAL Publication
===================================
Only original and unpublished paper will be considered. The accepted
papers will be collected into the conference proceedings in CD-ROM.

All accepted articles in conference would be published in one of the
following journals.

IJECS - International Journal of Electronic Commerce Studies
IJCSE - International Journal of Cyber Society and Education
IJBI - International Journal of Business and Information
JCP - Journal of Computers


Base on manuscript's quality and topic, the NETs2012 organizing
committee would assign the appropriate journal to publish the accepted
manuscripts. Authors of accepted papers have the option of publishing
or not publishing their papers in the journal assigned by NETs2012. If
authors choose not to publish their articles in journal, their papers
would appear in proceedings(CD-ROM) only.


JOURNAL PUBLICATION process procedure

(For IJECS, IJCSE, IJBI journals) Base on manuscript quality, the
NETs2012 organizing committee would arrange manuscripts as first
fifteen (15) pages "full papers" or four (4) pages "research notes".
Authors need to provide their final manuscripts within one mouths
after the conference dates. Manuscript would be reviewed AGAIN to make
sure the manuscript quality (after the NETs2012 conference). Page
charges will be waived for first fifteen (15) pages of all accepted
full papers or four (4) pages of research notes. Authors need to pay
the extra page charge if their manuscript is longer than the assigned
page quota. The page charge waive is a privilege for registered
conference participants only. If authors do not pay the conference
registration fee, their papers will not appear in the journals and CD
proceedings.

(For JCP journals) Only high quality article will be assigned to JCP
journal. Authors need to revise and submit their extended manuscript
within one mouths after the conference dates. Manuscript would be
reviewed AGAIN to make sure the manuscript quality (after the NETs2012
conference). Up formal acceptance by JCP journal special issue (about
March 31, 2013), authors will be requested to pay a flat publication
fee of EUR 360 for an accepted manuscript regardless of the length of
the paper. The publication charges are mandatory. Page charges would
be paid to the Academy Publisher (a Finland company) rather than
NETs2012 organizer. More details would be provided when your
manuscripts are selected to JCP journal special issue. JCP abstracting
and indexing in EI (Engneering Index) and a lot of other databases.
