The successful celebration of the 7th International Conference on Business Sciences (CICE 2010) helped us to confirm the need and importance of exchanging scientific, academic and practical criteria around the various activities involved in business sciences. Joining again are the faculties of Economics and Industrial Engineering and Tourism from Universidad Central "Marta Abreu" de Las Villas to fulfill the announcement made at the last conference to celebrate the 8th edition at the Tourism Complex "Topes de Collantes" in the iconic touristic destination Trinidad of Cuba. We are pleased to summon you for the 8th CICE 2012 edition to be held in salute to the 60th anniversary of the foundation of Universidad Central "Marta Abreu" de Las Villas (UCLV) focusing efforts on the need to strengthen exchanges on three main themes or perspectives:

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
The papers will have a minimum length of 6 and maximum of 15 pages, including tables and figures, be written in third person, in numbered sheets, block justified.
Must contain the following information in the order shown below:

On the first page:
*         Title
*         Authors information: Name and surname, affiliation(s) (where different, consecutive numerical superscripts), address, country, E-mail, all centered on the top of the page
*         Abstract. Should not exceed 250 words. Concisely explain the rationale for the work, the general objective, the theoretical approach, methodology and research findings
*         Keywords: Up to 6
Subsequent pages:
*         Introduction: Should provide an overview of context, approaches, the current status of the topic, the overall objective of the work and the importance
*         Development: Exposing methodology used and results obtained with accuracy and detail
*         Conclusions
*         Bibliography: Should only be referenced documents that are cited in the text, preserved in their original language

The paper should not have been accepted for publication at the time of submission. Submissions will be reviewed by two members of the program committee.
