SAICSIT 2012 - "Contemplate. Connect.Collaborate."

The 2012 Annual Research Conference of the South African Institute for
Computer Scientists and Information Technologists, (SAICSIT2012) will
be hosted by The School of Computing and the Centre for Software
Engineering (CENSE), UNISA.

SAICSIT is the annual research conference of the South African
Institute for Computer Scientists and Information Technologists
(www.saicsit.org.za<http://www.saicsit.org.za>). It provides
researchers with a forum for presenting research in computer science,
information systems, information technology, software engineering and
computer engineering (as defined in the ACM, AIS and IEEE-CS).

Call for Full Papers, Industry Papers, Case Studies, Panels, Workshops
and M & D Symposium Abstracts:

§  Authors are invited to submit FULL PAPERS, not exceeding ten pages
(including all figures, tables and references).

§  In a bid to foster more communication between industry and
academia, SAICSIT 2012 solicits INDUSTRY ORIENTED PAPERS and CASE
STUDIES from industry members addressing research taking place in
industry.

§  SAICSIT 2012 invites PANELS on stimulating or controversial topics
of current interest within the general scope of the conference as well
as proposals for WORKSHOPS as satellite events associated with the
conference.

§  SAICSIT 2012 invites postgraduate students at master's and doctoral
levels to submit ABSTRACTS to the M & D Symposium that will be held on
the first day of the conference. SAICSIT 2012 invites postgraduate

SAICSIT is a double blind peer-reviewed international conference and
contributions from all parts of the world are warmly welcomed. Full
research papers accepted for SAICSIT 2012 will be included in the ACM
Digital Library as part of the International Conference Proceedings
Series published by ACM, subject to the ACM's copyright approval
process. All submissions must be made through the online submission
system that is accessible via the "Submit a paper" sub-menu on the
conference web site at http://eagle.unisa.ac.za/saicsit2012.
