The IS Research Group at the Aarhus School of Business and Social Sciences has an open position at assistant professor level in the newly founded Center for IT Project Management and Innovation.
The Center is financed with the aim of doing research and teaching in the domain of IT Project Management and Innovation in collaboration between the IS Research Group at the Business School and the STS Group in the Institute for Media Science at the Aarhus University.
It is going to be an exciting work environment with constant collaboration with industry, interesting teaching (at all levels), and applied research.

Assistant Professor in Information Systems - 272584
The Department of Business Administration at Aarhus University, Business and Social Sciences, invites applications for a position as Assistant Professor in Information Systems. The successful candidate is expected to take up appointment as soon as possible subject to mutual agreement.

The candidate is expected to carry out research in the area of Information Systems Management with special focus on IT project management and innovation. The applicant’s areas of expertise may include – but are not limited to
• Information systems project management
• Information systems and innovation
• Management of information systems development
• Information systems implementation and use

The candidate is expected to undertake teaching responsibilities within the mentioned research areas, and to be involved in course and study programme development at the Department.

Applicants should hold a PhD or equivalent academic qualifications. Research potential and communication skills are of particular relevance in assessment of applicants.
