The Department of Decision Sciences and Information Systems in the College
of Business Administration at Florida International University invites
applications for a faculty position at the assistant, associate, or full
professor level. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Information Systems, an
established record of strong research, teaching, and service commensurate
with rank. The strongest candidates will have published articles in A-level
journals and demonstrated excellence in teaching in IT-related topics at
both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Research, teaching, or work
experience in healthcare informatics and management systems (HIMS) area
will be given preference.

Teaching responsibilities may include Information Systems courses in
graduate programs including MS in MIS, MS in HIMS, and Ph.D. in IS (with
emphasis on HIMS).  The nine-month course load will be two + two
courses.  Salary
will be competitive, and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
