Dear Colleagues,
Changes taking place in the energy industry landscape today mean business leaders must think about meeting tomorrow's demands for power supplies.
Research and academia have an important role. Key topics include prospects and policies for sustainability, innovations in technology for power generation and storage, the role for consumers and the search for investment capital.
The Future Energy Business Forum in Rotterdam on Friday, 15 June 2012 is an opportunity for integrating viewpoints and expertise, networking and sharing knowledge. This year's theme is:
Reinventing the energy landscape: Shaping a future sustainable retail energy business
This one-day event includes presentations, debates and discussions from leading policy makers, decision makers in business and academics - on the topic of robust, intelligent, efficient, and sustainable energy networks for the future.
The Energy Forum 2012 will be hosted by the Erasmus Centre for Future Energy Business and will take place at the floating Drijvend Paviljoen in Rotterdam's central harbor district.
