[AISWorld] Rigour and relevance in research

Good morning all,
I am Joshua Chukwuere a student conducting research on rigour and relevance of Information Systems (IS). I find the topic interesting, but would like some input. I should summaries all response as per the usual.
Is there anybody that has a questionnaire that i can use as a reference to give me an idea of what i should include in my own questionnaire?
