The Information Systems area of the Department of Operations, Business
Analytics, and Information Systems (OBAIS) in the Carl H. Lindner
College of Business at the University of Cincinnati is seeking
applications for one full-time tenure-track position and one full-time
educator position beginning August 2013. The positions are at the
assistant professor level and have been approved by the Dean and the
Provost.

 

Tenure-Track Candidates:

Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Information Systems or related area by
August 2013, and relevant IT-related experience in research and
teaching. Candidates must be willing and able to teach at all levels of
doctoral, master's, and undergraduate programs. Preferred candidates
will have published articles in A-level journals and demonstrated
excellence in teaching of IT-related topics.  

         

Educator Candidates:

Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Information Systems or related area by
August 2013, and relevant IT-related experience in teaching and service.
Preferred candidates will have demonstrated excellence in teaching of
IT-related topics at both the graduate and undergraduate levels, with
the potential to make significant internal service contributions.
Particular consideration will be given to those whose research,
teaching, or work experience is in analytics, business intelligence, or
network/architecture. 

 

The OBAIS faculty members are actively engaged in conducting high-impact
