The annual Workshop on E-Business (WeB) is a premier pre-ICIS conference, which provides an open forum for researchers and practitioners worldwide to explore the latest challenges of next-generation e-Business systems, share the latest research findings, explore novel ideas, discuss success stories and lessons learned, map out new e-business models, and collectively chart the future directions of e-business. The Eleventh Workshop on E-Business will be held in Orlando, Florida on Saturday December 15th 2012 (before ICIS at the conference hotel).
We welcome original research articles with a broad coverage of technical, managerial, economic, and strategic issues relating to e-business systems, including issues in Cloud Computing and Analytics of e-business systems. Papers may employ any applicable IS research method (case study, survey, analytical modeling, experiments, computational models, design science, etc.). Or, you can choose two general tracks covering e-business issues. All papers must be prepared in English, submitted online, and will be blindly reviewed. We solicit both completed research and short research-in-progress submissions. Complete research papers should be no more than 12 pages in length, including the abstract, text, figures, tables, and references. Short research-in-progress papers should not exceed 7 pages. The abstracts of all accepted papers will be published in the printed workshop program. All papers that are presented in the conference will be published in post-proceedings in Lecture Notes in Business Information Processing (Indexed in ISI proceedings and EI) published by Springer.
