When Data is Ubiquitous: How to Succeed in a World of Big Data

We cordially invite you to join us for a discussion of research on Big Data and its implications for practice at the 2012 SIM Academic Workshop. During the morning, seven authors will discuss key findings from their papers (see list below):

In the afternoon, Bob Zmud, Carol Brown, Omar El-Sawy, John Mooney, Joe Rottman, and Gabe Piccoli will be among the MISQE leaders who will facilitate small group discussions of how the findings described in the morning session can influence practice. When the workshop ends at 3:00, we will join SIGDSS:BI Congress to continue the discussion.
