Tenure-Track Faculty Position in Business Analytics



The Lally School of Management & Technology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute seeks applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in Business Analytics (pending approval) to start in the Fall of 2013. We are seeking individuals with a strong research and teaching potential. Applicants should have a PhD or an equivalent degree in Information Systems or any other discipline closely connected to the skill set needed for research and teaching in business analytics. ABDs expected to graduate by the summer of 2013 are encouraged to apply for the position. Typical teaching load will be 2 courses per semester.



The Lally school is staring a new Master's Program in Business Analytics in the Fall of 2013. Successful candidates will be expected to teach in this program. We are seeking individuals with research and teaching interest in applying business analytics to marketing, supply chain and health care domains. Strong econometric, analytical modeling and statistical analysis skills are required. We are also interested in candidates with strong technical skills in areas such as data management.
