Call for Papers on MIS written in Portuguese
(Portuguese Mini-Track)
(Spanish and Portuguese Track)
Submissions should be made by February 22, 2013 (11:59 PM CST).
Latin America makes up a large part of the Americas and its population
speaks primarily Spanish or Portuguese. AMCIS is a conference in
English for the Americas; however, this mini-track opens a space for
all types of high-quality and rigorous MIS/IS/IT research written
in Portuguese. Accepted papers will be published in Portuguese but may
be presented in either English or Portuguese (at the author's discretion).
The title and abstract must be written in both English and Portuguese.

A América Latina corresponde a uma grande parte da América e a sua
população fala, principalmente, espanhol ou português. O Caribe é muito
menor, mas possui uma variedade muito maior de idiomas (inglês, espanhol,
francês, holandês e diversos dialetos). A AMCIS é uma conferência em
inglês para as Américas. Este mini-track possibilita a submissão de
artigos de alta qualidade e rigor científico sobre IS/IT/MIS escritos
em português, com o intuito de facilitar o ingresso de pesquisadores
brasileiros ou de outros países lusófonos nesta comunidade acadêmica.
