CALL FOR PAPERS

Track: E-Business and Internet Marketing
In the 22nd World Business Congress of the International Management
Development Association (IMDA)
Taipei, Taiwan, June 25-29, 2013

IMPORTANT DATES:
March 31, 2013:  submission deadline
April 30, 2013: Authors notified of paper acceptance decision

The Track of E-Business and Internet Marketing in Asia aims to bring
together researchers and practitioners to share new ideas and present
current research in the theoretical and practical areas of e-business
and internet marketing. The scopes of this track include all
e-business research topics.

SUBMISSION

1. Full paper submission
Please submit an electronic copy of your complete manuscript, not
exceeding 25 pages, double spaced, to the track chair Professor
Chih-Chien Wang (wangson at mail.ntpu.edu.tw) on or before March 31,
2013, though earlier submissions are strongly encouraged. Please cc
your submission to Dr. Talha D. Harcar - Congress Administrative
Director at tdh13 at psu.edu .

2. Work-in-progress abstract submission
Submit an electronic copy of an abstract of works-in-progress the
track chair Professor Chih-Chien Wang (wangson at mail.ntpu.edu.tw) by
March 31, 2013. These documents will not be published in the congress
proceedings, are for presentation only, but will be included in the
Congress program.

PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES
The IMDA Congress proceedings are published in the refereed scholarly
publication, Advances in Global Business which is listed in Cabell’s
Directory 13th Edition. It is also listed in Conference Proceedings
Citation Index - Social Science & Humanities (CPCI-SSH) available
through Thomson Reuter’s integrated index within the Web of Science.
Papers selected to receive the Congress Best Paper Awards will be
published in the Journal of Transnational Management (JTM) or Journal
of Euromarketing. There will also be opportunities for selected
congress papers for publication in regular as well as special issues
of the following scholarly business journals: Journal of Management
Model (JM2), International Journal of Commerce and Management,
Competitive Review, Asia-Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics,
Journal of Promotion Management, and Journal of Asia-Pacific Business.

RECEIPT OF SUBMISSION
Receipt of all electronic submissions will be acknowledged as soon as
received. If you do not hear from the track co-chair within one week
of your paper submission, please contact the appropriate track
co-chair and inform Dr. Talha D. Harcar at once via tdh13 at psu.edu. On
a separate page, please provide the title of your paper, your full
address, telephone, fac¬simile, and e mail numbers clearly written. If
there are multiple authors, this information is to be provided by all
authors. We will include this information in IMDA data bank and you
will also receive complimentary copies one of the Association’s
quarterly Journals- Journal of Transnational Management or Journal of
Euromarketing.

REVIEW RESULTS NOTIFY
Papers will be reviewed and final decisions will be communicated no
later than April 30, 2013. Revisions should be expected. Final
manuscripts, in required format with changes consistent with requested
revisions, must be received by Dr. Talha D. Harcar by May 15, 2013 at
the latest. If submitted late or published guidelines are not
followed, submission cannot be included in the congress proceedings.


MANUSCRIPT FORMAT
Manuscript submissions should include a separate title page on each
copy, listing all authors, their affiliations, addresses,
telephone/fax numbers and e mail addresses, if available. For papers
with multiple authors, indicate the author with whom we should
correspond. List only the manuscript title in the main body of the
paper, abstract, or proposal to allow for blind review.
