We are  seeking candidates for a fully funded postdoctorate position starting Fall 2013. The Postdoctoral research will be working with Alain Pinsonneault in the IS area of the Desautels Faculty of Management of McGill University (http://www.mcgill.ca/desautels/). The candidate will be working on his/her research projects and/or on those of Alain Pinsonneault, which relate to the behavioral and organizational issues of information technology (including, but not limited to user adaptation, strategic alignment, social networks, health IT). The IS area of McGill is a dynamic, vibrant, and collegial group whose members focus on a wide array of research topics (see http://www.mcgill.ca/desautels/research/faculty).

The Postdoctoral Research Associate is a two-year position. Applicants must have completed a doctorate in IS or equivalent disciplines. Postdoctoral research associates are encouraged to participate in the numerous scholarly activities held at McGill and at the other Montreal universities. The salary is competitive and postdoctorate are expected to focus solely on research (and are therefore not expected to teach).

The deadline for applications is April 30th, 2013.

Applicants should send: 1) a CV, 2) the copy of a paper that represents the candidate's research, 3) a letter of intend describing the candidate's research interests as well as the nature of the work that the candidate would like to pursue while doing a postdoctorate, and 4) the names of two references who can be contacted if needed.
