ADBIS: 17th East-European Conference on ADVANCES IN DATABASES AND INFORMATION 
SYSTEMS
September 1-4, 2013 - Genova, Italy

INTRODUCTION
-------------------------------------------------

The ADBIS 2013 conference will be held in Genoa, Italy, September 1-4, 2013,
to provide a forum for the dissemination of research accomplishments and
to promote interaction and collaboration between the database and
information systems research communities from Central and East European
countries and the rest of the world.

Seven workshops are co-located with the main conference.
The workshops will run on September 1, 2013.
The official language of the workshops will be English.

TRAVEL GRANTS
-----------------------------------------------------

This year ADBIS will be collaborating with VLDB,
which is taking place in Riva del Garda, Trento, right before ADBIS,
in order to facilitate the participation in both conferences, through a number 
of travel grants.
