[AISWorld] Deadline on April 22; Fwd: Virtual Goods and ODRL Workshop 2013 in Koblenz, Germany, Sep 19-20

This is a reminder for the deadline in less of one week time from today
(Monday April 22). As usual, virtual goods, digital rights and media
commerce can be addressed. But beyond that, this time we ALSO  invite
papers about a trusted and adaptive Web: top-down by policy-guided
behavior and bottom-up by self-organized movements.

Dear AIS members,

The workshop invites papers about two approaches to a trusted and adaptive Web: top-down by policy-guided behavior and bottom-up by self-organized movements. We invite especially for a debate about a top-down approach by policies versus a bottom-up approach by self-organization.

I would like to encourage you to contribute to the Virtual Goods and ODRL Workshop 2013.
This year it is held in the beautiful city of Koblenz, Germany, Sep 19-21.

Paper submission date is April 22, so you have enough time to plan your paper.
