In order to encourage participation to both these major events

Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine), VLDB is offering a
number of fellowships to researchers and students from these
regions that will choose to participate to both events. The
winners of the fellowships will enjoy:

           - A reduced registration rate for ADBIS (150?)
           - A student registration rate for VLDB (approximately 250?; exact
rate will be published on the VLDB 2013 webpage)
           - A fellowship of US$1500 from the VLDB Endowment to support
             travel & Accommodation costs

Recipients will be required to register and participate to both
