Simon Fraser University in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia seeks outstanding candidates for our position in Management Information Systems (Rank: assistant professor). The successful candidate will have a strong research and publication record and a clear program for future research. Additionally, the candidate must have demonstrated teaching competency at the undergraduate and graduate levels. In particular we are looking for candidates with experience in teaching undergraduate MIS courses such as Introduction to MIS, Systems Analysis and Design, and Business Intelligence/Managerial Decision Making. A Ph.D. is required although ABD with expected completion in 2013 will be considered. It is also preferable that the candidate have work experience in a related field.
Preliminary interviews will be conducted at ASAC (Administrative Sciences Association of Canada Conference) in Calgary and at AMCIS in Chicago. Campus visits will begin in the Fall and will continue until an appropriate candidate is identified.

We have programs at the Undergraduate, Masters, Ph.D., and Executive levels, including Canada’s first Executive MBA program.
