The satellite meeting will be held August 14-15 2013 at the National Library Building, 100 Victoria Street, Singapore.  The 2-day event is jointly organised by the Singapore National Library Board,  the IFLA Newspapers Section,  and the IFLA Genealogy and Local History Section.
