The Department of Accounting and Information Systems at the University of Nevada, Reno invites applications for a tenure track appointment in Information Systems at the assistant of associate level beginning July 1, 2014. Job qualifications: candidates must have an earned doctorate in Information Systems from an AACSB accredited university OR an earned doctorate in Computer Science by the time they commence employment. All teaching areas are welcome but candidates with interest and experience in security, data administration, strategy and process management will be given priority. Instructional excellence and quality publications in peer reviewed journals are expected. Work experience and professional certification preferred. The faculty member can expect to teach both undergraduate and graduate level Information System courses.
