We cordially invite you to the 1st International Conference on ICT LAW 
(Information and Communication Technology and Law - Protection and 
Access Rights), to be held in Porto, Portugal, at the InterContinental 
Hotel, from November 8th to 9th, 2013 (the weekend of St. Martin’s Day, 
this period is quite popular because of the usual good weather that 
occurs in Portugal in this time of year, called “Verão de São Martinho”).

Authors of selected papers will be invited to extend their paper for 
possible inclusion in the following journals and books:
