Papers presenting original and unpublished work are invited and will be evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition. Submitted papers should be in PDF format and uploaded on easychair. The submission website is https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=msn2013. The submitted paper should not exceed eight single-spaced, double-column pages in IEEE style format. Detailed formatting and submission guidelines is available on the conference website. Submissions imply the willingness of at least one author to register, attend the conference, and present the paper. There will be best paper awards to recognize distinguished research.
