I understand that some Information Systems programs have been classified
as STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). At my
university, our IS program (within the College of Business) is not. I
would like to understand how many other IS programs are recognized by
their institutions as STEM, and what benefits this recognition brings. I
will post a summary of the replies to the list.
