In Australia we do the same. We are currently finalising the 2013 revision. It should be available in a month or so. I will let the list know.

This is one of the reason why Scandinavian countries have not adopted the impact factor measurements but devised their own system based in Norway, where the publishing outlets are measured subjectively by the academic society as a whole.
