The course is organized by the Hilti Chair of Business Process Management at the Institute of Information Systems of the University of Liechtenstein; one of the most active BPM research groups in Europe. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of the contemporary state-of-the-art in BPM. Classes are taught by BPM thought leaders from both academia and practice.

Topics covered in the course include:

·         Introduction to BPM

·         Methods along the BPM lifecycle

·         Process-aware information systems

·         Alignment of BPM with corporate strategy

·         Governance of BPM programs and projects

·         Human factors in BPM

·         Culture in BPM

Important Dates:

·         Early bird registration: 20 December, 2013

·         Registration deadline: 31 January, 2014

·         Winter School: 02 - 07 March, 2014

The costs for tuition, accommodation (arrival: Sunday, 02 March; departure: Friday, 07 March), meals, and social events are as follows:

·         Early bird registration: EUR 325

·         Late registration: EUR 375
