The School of Management of the University of Science and Technology of
China (USTC), as a top-ranked business school in China, is recruiting full
professors via the “1000 Talents Plan for Young Scholars”. We are targeting
young talents in any management field related to the applications of
Operations Research and Statistics. The application of Operations Research
is typically in Management Science. The application of Statistics can be in
Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Innovation, Organization, Strategy,
Industrial Engineering, Logistics, etc.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• A doctoral degree is required, which was obtained in a world-renowned
university, plus over 3 years overseas research experience; if the PhD
degree was from China, over 5 years overseas research experience is
required.
• The age of the applicant shall be below 40 years old;
• The applicant must have outstanding research performance among his/her
peers compared to his/her age group, and have the potential to become a
field leader;
• At the time of application, the applicant must be working outside
mainland China at a university or company, or have an appointment in the
mainland of China that started after April 30, 2013.
