*Track Description:*
The objective of knowledge management track is to advance the understanding
of the behavioral and technical issues associated with the creation,
capture, transfer and use of knowledge in organizations. In addition, this
track will provide a comprehensive and, cross discipline forum to share
knowledge among researchers and practitioners with respect to the design,
development, implementation, and maintenance of effective knowledge
management systems. This track seeks high quality technical, empirical, and
theoretical research covering all aspects of knowledge management.

Possible topics of interest include (but are not limited to):

   - Theoretical developments in knowledge management research;
   - Logic and semantic design of knowledge management systems for
   creating, capturing, transferring, and sharing knowledge;
   - Physical development of knowledge management systems for creating,
   capturing, transferring, and sharing knowledge;
   - Implementation, interfacing and testing of knowledge management
   systems for creating, capturing, transferring, and sharing knowledge;
   - Maintenance and management of knowledge management systems for
   creating, capturing, transferring, and sharing knowledge;
   - Assessing and evaluating the knowledge management, dissemination and
   transformation;
   - Impact of knowledge management on individual, group, and
   organizational performance;
   - Enablers and inhibitors of knowledge transfer and knowledge sharing
   behaviors;
   - Metrics, frameworks, and instrument for the adoption and utilization
   of  knowledge management systems;
   - Productivity or effectiveness measurement related to knowledge
   management systems;
   - Organizational and economic incentive structures for knowledge sharing;
   - Global issues, status and evolutions in knowledge management;
   - Organizational culture and custom impacts on knowledge management;
   - Knowledge management in small and medium enterprises, service industry
   or public sector;
   - New developments in the areas of knowledge engineering and knowledge
   acquisition;
   - Special focus relate the knowledge management with cloud computing,
   neuron computing, sustainability and green IT.
