My school (Middlesex University in London, UK) has a job opening for a
Reader (=Associate Professor) or Professor:

Although the title says "in Operations Management," it is meant to include
fields such as Information Systems, and Innovation. What really matters is
publishing in top journals (MISQ, ISR, AMJ, AMR, ASQ, Org Science, etc.).

Reader/Professor in Operations Management *Middlesex University* -The
Department of International Management & Innovation (IMI)

The Department of International Management & Innovation (IMI) at Middlesex
University Business School invites applications from outstanding candidates
for the position of Reader/Professor in Operations Management.

Under the strategic leadership of Professor Thomas Lange, IMI pursues a
research-intensive philosophy of academic excellence in support of an
exceptional student experience. We benefit from a truly multi-disciplinary
heritage, capturing the fields of International Business, Marketing,
Strategy, Cross-cultural Management/Psychology, CSR, Entrepreneurship, and
Operations Management. Our recent publications appeared in such journal
outlets as British Journal of Management, American Economic Review,
Research Policy, Journal of Business Ethics, European Journal of Marketing,
Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Information Technology,
International Journal of Production Economics, and International Journal of
Production Research.

Candidates will be internationally recognised scholars in the field of
Operations Management, broadly defined. This may include, but is not
limited to research interests in supply chain management, project
management, and technology and innovation. Scholarly ability will be
evidenced by an outstanding publication record at the level of
international excellence in journals such as Production and Operations
Management, Management Science, Journal of Operations Management, or
outlets of similar quality.

The successful candidate will be PhD qualified, hold demonstrable
leadership and mentorship capabilities and contribute to the intellectual
leadership of the Business School's academic community. Experience in and
enthusiasm for the development of other researchers and the supervision of
doctoral students is expected, as is the willingness to engage in
cross-disciplinary research endeavours across the Department and School.
