*About Ecommerce Standardization Track*Standardization of shipping
containers in 1956 revolutionized worldwide commerce. Technology standards
promise to do the same for e-Commerce. Standards allow for
intercommunication among hardware, software, and humans, making them
necessary for every facet of electronic commerce. This track encompasses
technical, economic, social and linguistic standards that enable electronic
commerce.
