Search for Dean of the Faculty of Management


The University of Haifa seeks candidates for the office of Dean of the Faculty of Management for a period of four years starting in October 2014, with a possible extension for two more years.

The Faculty (previously School) of Management was established in 1995 and its leading objective is to be at the forefront of academic research and education, relevant to a broad range of Israeli sectors and industries in the global competitive environment.

Candidate qualifications:
* Professor at a recognized research University or academic Institute from Israel or abroad.
* Experience in academic administration.
* Familiarity with higher education systems.
* Commitment to lead the Faculty on a course of academic development and excellence.
* Fluency in Hebrew.

Candidates are invited to submit their candidacy to the Chair of the Search Committee no later than March 16th, 2014.
The following documents are to be submitted for candidacy consideration:

-         Curriculum vitae including a list of publications

-         A short vision statement (up to 4 pages).
