The Submission System will be closed by mid-night (11:59PM - Eastern Standard Time - New York Time) on February 19, 2014 (Wednesday)!
Due to heavy system load in the past few days, the organizing committee has decided to close the submission system by mid-night (11:59PM - Eastern Standard Time - New York Time) on February 19, 2014 (Wednesday) in order to prevent missing submissions.
